Travis Kelce’s whirlwind date nights withTaylor Swiftin New York, plus solo jaunts for a football game in New Jersey and a baseball game in Philadelphia, had the NFL athlete seemingly everywhere over the past week.
But when the Kansas Chiefs tight end was a kid, he was more restrained — literally.
“She eventually got pissed and sick of us getting lost and she put me in a leash,” Travis, 34, said. “I was a leash kid.”

Despite being the older brother, it was all news to Jason.
“I don’t remember that, I missed out on the leash,” the Philadelphia Eagles center, 35, said.
Yet the Kelce brothers have both owned up to being challenging kids in the past.
In the season two premiere of their podcast last month, the brothers looked back on a different childhood accomplishment with Jason’s wifeKylie Kelce.
When Travis asked his brother if their dadEd Kelcehad taught Jason and Kylie’s daughters, Bennett, 7 months, Elliotte, 2, and Wyatt, 4, “how to fight the Kelce way” Jason revealed he was “trying to keep them from getting kicked out of preschool the way I was.”
Travis then chimed in, “We both got kicked out of preschool.”

For Jason’s part, he was removed from the school due to a spork fight with another kid.
“For some reason, we were stabbing each other with sporks and I hit him hard enough right in the forehead,” Jason said. “I just remember the next day his dad had him under his arm and he had four little spork dots.”
Travis’ transgression involved a game of checkers.
“I was winning because I don’t f—ing lose at checkers,” Travis said with a laugh, and then added that the winner got to continue playing.
“I kept winning and the teacher told me, you know ‘Travis, you have to share,’ and I was like, ‘That’s not how it rolls,’” he said.
Travis said he refused to give up his seat in checkers, so he “threw the chair I was sitting in” at his teacher.
