He’s off the deep end and she’ll watch as he dives in!

With just three days until theOscars,Nick Jonasbecame thelatest celebrity to cover “Shallow,”the award-winning tune fromA Star Is Born.

On Thursday, the 26-year-old offered up his own toned down take on the song as he shared a simple black and white video on Instagram. In the clip, the star was seated on a couch while softly accompanying himself on the guitar.

“In honor of Oscar weekend…such a beautiful song,” hecaptioned the clip, before giving wifePriyanka Chopraa shoutout for being the one to actually capture the performance.

“Ummmm. U always take my breath away..” she commented underneath the clip.

Almost one week earlier,Kelly Clarksonshared her own take on the track during a concert stop in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

In avideo from the performance, which the 36-year-old singer shared on her Facebook page, Clarkson praisedLady Gaga, calling her one of the “nicest human beings ever.”

“Anyway, I’ve been rooting for her for a while and this song, I love it,” theAmerican Idolwinner continued. “It’s from the movie she’s nominated for like a billion awards for, and I hope she wins. But I thought she andBradley Cooperdid such an awesome job with this song, it’s called ‘Shallow’ and so we’re doing to do our own version of it because obviously I don’t have a Bradley Cooper here.”

“I hope I don’t suck, and if I do, I hope she doesn’t see it,” Clarkson added with a laugh.

Barring another social media tribute, fans will next hear “Shallow” live during the 2019 Academy Awards on Sunday, as Gaga andBradley Cooperreunite.

“It’s terrifying, absolutely,” Cooper recently toldExtraofsinging live at the Oscars. “I was like, ‘Why? I must have some sort of death wish.’”

However, the star went on to note that he did have a “wonderful” timesinging the duetwith Gaga in Las Vegas last month.

The hit tune has alreadywon best songat the 2019 Critics Choice Awards, best original song at the2019 Golden Globes, as well as twoGrammy Awards.

The 91st Academy Awards take place on Feb. 24 and air live on ABC at 8 p.m.
