NeNe Leakeswas missing in action from Sunday’sReal Housewives of Atlanta.
The reality star, 51, didn’t appear at all in the latest episode of the Bravo series, skipping the big cast event —Kandi Burruss‘Welcome to the Dungeonburlesque show — while also not filming any scenes on her own.
Leakes’ absence came after last week’s shocking episode in which she exploded on Burruss and costarPorsha Williamsfor attempting to peek into her bedroom closet during filming, despite her repeated requests that they stay out.
The scene got so out of control that Leakes ended up grabbing a cameraman who was following them, ripping his shirt in the process.

Both Burruss and Williams were left speechless. “I was shocked when I realized that NeNe had put her hands on the crew. I just didn’t realize it was that deep of a situation. But apparently, to her, it was,” Williams, 37, said on Sunday.
“I thought we were just playing,” Burruss, 42, added. “I’m still confused as to when the laughter turned to rage.”
The girls went on to claim that when the cameras went down, Leakes’ rage only continued. At one point, she allegedly turned her anger toward Williams. “I don’t think I’ve ever felt that type of anxiety and fear run through my body,” Williams, who is pregnant with her first child, said. “Normally I can defend myself but me being pregnant, I was really kind of helpless.”
“It was a very uncomfortable, scary moment that should not have happened,” Burruss said.

When asked onWatch What Happens Live with Andy Cohenifshe overreacted, Leakes told Cohen “No, I did not.”
“How are you going to overreact in your own home?” Leakes said. “If I tell you to visit me and sit right here, you need to sit right here. You don’t have the right to go through my house to open my doors, my closets, my pantries, none of that.”
“When you come to my house, you’re not going to disrespect my home,” Leakes continued. “They were not in the right. Because you can’t come in someone’s house. … They weren’t even invited upstairs. They just came upstairs on their own.”

Cohen, 50, then presented Leakes with a poll from viewers, which showed fans siding with Williams and Burruss over Leakes. “I don’t give a damn whose side they’re on. I don’t give a dam about this poll,” Leakes fired back.
Leakes, however, did not specify why she didn’t want the ladies or the cameraman in her closet.
“I don’t even know why I have to explain anything in my house. If I tell you that you can’t go in my closet, you can’t go in my closet,” Leakes said.
