The sparklydesign first hit the runway as a mini dress, but the singer made one small tweak for the red carpet: She elongated the hem transforming it into a long column gown with a sexy, thigh-high slit. She teamed the look with metallic Jimmy Choo platforms, loose textured waves and a sexy smoky eye.
Gaga also piled on the sparkle via over 100 carats of Tiffany & Co. jewelry including a Tiffany Blue Book Collection necklace that took over one year to design and features 91 total carats of diamonds. She also added princess-cut Tiffany diamond earrings containing a total of 10 carats.

Gaga’s current red carpet fashion renaissance has been in collaboration with her stylists Tom Eerebout and Sandra Amador, who have not only dressed her for theA Star Is Bornpromo tour, but they’re also the masterminds behind her awards season wardrobe and the stage costumes for her “Enigma” and “Jazz and Piano” Las Vegas residencies.
