Jonathan MajorsandMeagan Goodlook comfortable togetherdays before his sentencing hearingin hisNew York City assault case.
Majors, 34, and Good, 42, were seen holding hands and snuggling up to each other at a park in N.Y.C. on April 5. In one photo, theShazam! Fury of the Godsactress could be seen draping her legs over Majors' lap and wrapping her arm around his shoulders as they sat together on a bench.
The pair’s appearance in N.Y.C. comes as theformer Marvel starprepares to receive his sentence in his criminal case following his guilty verdict in December. At that time, Majorswas found guiltyof misdemeanor assault in the third degree, recklessly causing physical injury, as well as harassment in the second degree in a domestic violence case related toan alleged fight between him and former girlfriend Grace Jabbari in New York Cityin March 2023. He faces up to one year in jail at the hearing, which is scheduled for Monday, April 8.

A source confirmed with PEOPLE in February that couple ofnearly one yearnow live together in N.Y.C.’s Greenwich Village neighborhood, noting at the time that the pair are “solid and very much in love.” They adopted a Belgian Malinois puppy together, with the pet joining Majors' other dogs.

When Good and Majors stepped out together at theNAACP Image Awardsin Los Angeles on March 16, the actress opened up to PEOPLE about her love life. Prior to her relationship with Majors, she was married to ex-husbandDeVon Franklin, 45; the pairsplitin December 2021 after nine years of marriage.
“I’m in love, I’m transitioning, I’m healing, I’m growing [and] I’m getting excited about what’s next,” Good said on the red carpet. “Yeah, just a lot of things at once. But what I can say is, I’m thehappiest I’ve been in a long time.”
