Motherboard manufacturer Gigabyte has announced that their mobile phone spin - off , Gigabyte Communications , will set up their first phone sometime this summer . Initially looking to cave in into the Taiwanese market , their first phones will take advantage of the 3 G networks there . The cellular earpiece market , if not already obviously obvious to you , is incredibly saturated , so Gigabyte better have some tricks up their sleeves if they desire to make any sort of ding . ( I , for one , would not mind a cell telephone that also butters bread . ) We ’ll see what they have in store for us in a couple of months , either way .
