While most Gothamites see the Arkham flat construction as just another chunk of real estate of the realm have by Wayne Enterprises , Arkhamaniacs ’ untested Brucie — heir to the Wayne fortune — suspects that there ’s more to the blank space than meet the optic and sets out on a covert mission to figure out just what ’s what . Not really being one for partnerships , Brucie is none too pleased when his raw canine friend Ace decides to tag along for his foreign mission , but once Brucie actually ends up within Arkham ’s bulwark , having an ally by his side plough out to be an unexpected welfare , as Arkham ’s occupier are … well , you know .
